Happy Birthday Nazaruddin

Muhammad Nazaruddin celebrates his 33th birthday Friday. The 2011 SEA Games bribe suspect has to celebrate his birthday behind bars of Mobile Brigade Headquarters in Kelapa Dua, Depok.

The former treasurer of ruling Democrat's lawyer, Afrian Bondjol, said there was no special celebration on his client's special day. "No celebration, his family perhaps came to visit him,"said Afrian when contacted by Tribunnews, Friday.

Based on the list, the family members allowed to visit Nazaruddin are Neneng Sri Wahyuni (his wife), Mujahidin Nur Hasyim (his younger brother), M Nasir (his relative), Pita Zahara (his relative), and Aan (his driver). The family members who often visit him are M Nasir and Mujahidin Nur Hasyim.

The family members who meet Nazaruddin must pay a visit at visiting hours of the detention center (on Tuesdays at 10.00 - 14.00 and Fridays at 14.00 - 17.00). The family members must bring a permit letter issued by Corruption Eradication Commission whenever they want to pay him a visit.

Afrian said Naaruddin was in grief and hoped Indonesians were willing to pray for him.
